I've redesigned Graphite's navigation for web and mobile three times:

1. Simple UI and information architecture changes to accommodate feature growth

2. Splitting Graphite and Diamond (AI Reviewer) into two distinct products—this was the most complex phase and involved significant hidden challenges

3. Adding a workspace picker to the product, a design-led initiative that addressed inefficiencies discovered during phase two
