User Research

I'm deeply passionate about user research and have led my own mixed-method research studies to drive product decisions, spawn new business verticals and test experimental product lines. I have also designed engaging participatory games as user research techniques when I was a Master's student at Carnegie Mellon University, on a mission to make autonomous delivery robots inclusive and community focused.
